DOX treatment induced BNP expression and cell hypertrophy in H9c2 rat cardiomyocytes. Cells were collected at 2 h, 6 h and 24 h with 2 h pre-treatment of DMSO (0.01%) for controls or 1 µM DOX (Sigma) dissolved in DMSO (0.01%).
